Findings
No unresolved correctness, security, regression, or test-gap findings remain.
Review found and fixed three issues before this report: generic proposal/result payloads were replaced with strict action-specific schemas; atomic-create EEXIST now becomes a stale-document conflict instead of an internal error; and invalid stack definitions now map to the public invalid_input error. Focused regression coverage exercises these boundaries.
Reviewed invariants
- Execute accepts only a receipt and explicit target; the daemon retrieves the stored proposal and recomputes evidence before the first mutation.
- Completed receipts replay persisted results before current evidence is consulted, while incomplete stale receipts never invoke the target action.
- Preview methods observe only: reclamation does not audit, release, or signal; administration does not mutate; stack validation does not apply or prune.
- Every I-4 schema is closed and action-specific, and safe results are constructed without raw document contents or arbitrary JSON escape hatches.
- Stack-document primitives canonicalize the containing directory, reject symlinks and nonregular files, bound reads, validate definitions, fingerprint bytes, and use safe atomic create/replace semantics.
- Existing Desktop document behavior shares the new primitives rather than carrying a divergent security policy.
- Unsafe any-owner process eviction has no MCP registration or public action route.
Residual risks and deferred coverage
- Real macOS/Linux process-owner and Docker evidence-change scenarios remain I-7.
- Docker endpoint snapshots and launcher-operation credential custody remain I-5.
- CLI/Desktop setup and packaged host integration remain I-6/I-7.
